1. Acceptance

By using Atlas, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Atlas aggregates and uses artificial intelligence to summarize publicly available news, including geopolitical topics. Atlas does not produce original journalism.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute content, and do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI content disclaimer

Atlas uses AI to summarize and synthesize news from multiple publicly available sources. AI-generated summaries and answers may contain errors, omissions, or unintended bias, and are not a substitute for the original reporting. Always review the linked source articles before making decisions based on this content.

6. Subscriptions & payments

• Atlas offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Explore and Plus), billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

7. Reporting & corrections

If a summary or AI answer contains an error or inappropriate content, use the report control on the response, or email hello@myatlas.news. We aim to review flagged content within 48 hours and will correct or remove inaccurate content.

8. Intellectual property

Atlas's branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by Nyx Intelligence Co. Ltd.. Source article content remains the property of its original publishers.

9. Limitation of liability

Atlas is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or answers.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nyx Intelligence Co. Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms via an in-app notice or by email.
